To that end, we are recruiting for a Tutor Recruitment Consultant, a role that is at the very heart of what we provide.

You will be the ambassador of our values and the first point of contact for both tutors and clients.

Your role is essential to the success of our business as you will provide exceptional customer service that our clients and tutors expect.


About the role


Working within a defined geographical area, our Tutor Recruitment Consultants are responsible for bringing new tutors and clients into the business, as well as cultivating existing relationships, understanding client needs and setting up tuition placements.

Providing tailored tuition support means the fit for our tutors and clients is important, so having the ability to quickly understand the requirements of each referral and match them with your network of tutors is crucial.

Tutor Recruitment Consultant duties include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing, interviewing and recruiting educators to undertake tuition opportunities within an allocated geographical region
  • Placing educators into work by marketing and selling tuition opportunities to them, maintaining our database of educators and upskilling them where appropriate to ensure their effective utilisation
  • Marketing and selling tuition services and tutors to relevant new and existing clients
  • Working with Business Development team to promote tuition programmes to MATs and Local Authorities via meetings, presentations, and webinars
  • Utilising relevant sales tools to drive tuition services (e.g., Dashboard, Website, Marketing Assets)
  • Being the first point of contact for client queries and communication related to service delivery, ensuring that the highquality service provided to our clients and educators is upheld and maintained at all times
  • Ensuring that all areas of the business are carried out in line with Company policies, procedures, quality standards and values
  • Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are maintained at all times in line with our
    Safeguarding Policy and in line with
    Keeping children safe in education national guidelines
