As a
Depot administrator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers, both UK and International based, enjoying their favourite M&S food

What will you do & what will you need


As part of your role you will be required to cover a variety of depot daily administration tasks which requires providing the highest level of customer care and finding resolutions/escalation of live issues.

These include liaising with M&S (International and UK) and suppliers confirming daily orders and queries, checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers to ensure safety and compliance standards are adhered to, preparing export documents and maintaining various sets of data and reviewing data for trends.


Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy office environment, be PC literate with word and excel experience and have great attention to detail.
