Join us as a Patient Safety Business Partner, where you'll use your expertise and experience to digitally transform our Global Patient Safety business area. This role is pivotal in developing strategic relationships, identifying innovative IT solutions, and driving outcomes that exceed business objectives. You'll be working closely with other groups in R&D IT, Global IT, and Data Science teams supporting Patient Safety. This is an opportunity to work inclusively in a diverse team to motivate change and make a real difference.

Accountabilities:

As a Patient Safety Business Partner, you will build strong strategic relationships with sophisticated customer groups and senior partners, developing a deep understanding of the short-term and long-term business direction. You will assess and prioritize requirements in line with IT strategy, develop and maintain the customer account plan, lead high-level investigations on requirements specifications and feasibility studies, and lead business impact assessments. You will also proactively find opportunities for IT to deliver innovative technology solutions to provide competitive advantage.

Essential Skills/Experience:


• Patient Safety domain SME


• Extensive experience of Patient Safety business domains


• Experience of identification and implementation of innovative technology solutions


• Experience of leading high value business cases & mobilising investments


• Strong knowledge of pioneering trends (for example Industry relevant for adoption and implementation of technology / digital solutions


• Experience in GxP or other regulated environment


• Strong influencing, networking and team working skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams


• Ability to partner and work in a matrix organisation

Desirable Skills/Experience:


• Educated to degree level standard or equivalent (business technology or related degree)


• Leader within pharma thought leadership networks and organisations


• Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams


• Rich experience of bio-pharma industry


• Experience in handling, developing and leading virtual teams


• A consistent record of delivering results


• Able to lead negotiations, expectations and solutions across sophisticated global teams
