  • Supporting in 1:1 and small group interventions

In order to be successful in this role you must have a maths related degree, a strong academic background in maths and the eagerness and drive to progress your career in education further.

This role is the perfect chance for you to get your foot in the doorand to utilise your leadership and motivational skills.

This role is very beneficial as you will be supplied with on the job courses to greatly improve your knowledge while working with children.

This role will entail you working with underachieving students to raise attainment levels, this will be in either a 1:1 or small group intervention.

This will give the chance for the students to learn on a more personally and intimate level as most of thesestudents may struggle to learn in a large classroom environment.

It is important to be able to keep the students motivated and engaged in their learning.
