The role:

The Head of Brand and Content will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's brand and content strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate demand, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics. The role includes managing a team of four professionals across content, a social media, and a designer, with the potential for future team expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy Development :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand positioning.

Content Strategy and Management :

  • Create and oversee the execution of a content strategy that supports lead generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage a team of four professionals: a content writer, a social media manager, and a designer.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the team.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Plan for and facilitate the growth of the team as the company expands.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the brand strategy and effectively communicate the brand message.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of brand and content strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand and content initiatives.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization.
  • Manage brand assets, including logos, visuals, and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management and content strategy, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and SEO best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Benefits
