Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating class discussions and encouraging student participation
  • Preparing course materials such as syllabi, handouts, and assignments
  • Assessing student performance through exams, papers, and projects
  • Providing feedback and guidance to students to support their academic progress
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
  • Participating in faculty meetings and professional development activities

Experience:

  • Previous experience in teaching or lecturing is preferred
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Leadership abilities to effectively manage a classroom environment
  • Organizational skills to plan lessons and manage student assignments
  • Ability to educate and inspire students with engaging teaching methods
