You will play a key role in optimising multi-channel targeted marketing and loyalty comms to retain and grow our customer base - all of which need to be creative and engaging, whilst remaining consistent within our brand and guidelines.

This position follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week*.

Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Translate lengthy, complex copy into succinct, impactful copy for campaigns that convert at a high rate and drive engagement
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct tone of voice
  • Working closely with the in house design teams to ensure creative and messaging are aligned
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed

About You:

For this role, we're looking for someone who has:

  • At least five years copywriting experience, either in-house or agency.
  • Retail and marketing experience ideal
  • A selfmotivated and organised attitude. It's fastpaced here, so you'll need to be able to think on your feet and manage your time and projects.
  • A varied portfolio that demonstrates both an aptitude for longer copy and flair for snappy headlines and ideation/conceptual work.
  • Confidence and great communication. Our writers are the guardians of our tone of voice, so you should be happy to speak up and justify your decisions
  • Able to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
