Pupil Support Officer - Fixed term until 07/02/2025
Towerbank Primary School

Salary: £26, ,751 (pro rata for sessional)
Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks sessional

Towerbank is a large non-denominational primary school which serves the community of Portobello on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The current roll is 550 in the main school and 40 in the nursery. The management team currently consists of the Head Teacher, two Depute Head Teachers, a Principal Teacher, and a Business Manager. Specialist provision is currently provided in Music, P.E. and French.

We are looking for a Pupil Support Officer to join our staff team. The successful candidate will lead our Nurture class and build relationships with families to support attendance in school.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
