Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a full time Conveyancing Assistant on behalf of a reputable, locally renowned law firm based in Sheffield city centre.


We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant with at least 1 years' experience to provide direct support to a Residential Conveyancer on both sale and purchase matters.


Candidates must have excellent client care skills, have attention to detail in drafting documents, and have good working knowledge of the full Conveyancing process for both a sale and a purchase.

Preparing and sending out conveyancing documents including Drafting Contracts and Transfer Deeds.

  • General administration duties as required by the Conveyancer.
Minimum prior work experience of 1 year plus in a Residential Property team is essential.

  • Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is essential.
  • Good English, grammar, and spelling.
  • Excellent communication skills - experience in dealing with clients via telephone and face-to-face is essential.
  • Experience of Partner for Windows is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
