The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the control, distribution, and filing of all projectrelated documentation.
- Ensure all documents are up to date, accurately filed, and easily accessible to the project team.
- Coordinate document control processes with inhouse and external design teams, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information.
- Maintain document control registers and logs to track the status and revision history of documents.
- Support the construction delivery teams by providing necessary documentation and updates.
- Collaborate with the data capture completions team to ensure all completed project documents are properly recorded and archived.
- Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation for client and regulatory review.
- Provide training and support to team members on document control processes and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in document control or a similar role within the construction or water industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using document management systems and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
