Macildowie are thrilled to be working alongside a fantastic organisation based in
Woodthorpe (NG5)to recruit an experienced
Administrator on a
temporary basis.

This is a
full time position working Monday to Friday working 7.5 hours a day.

Salary based between £11 - £13 per hour depending on experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the wider team.
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring online records are regularly updated.
  • General office assisting.
  • Assisting the team with IT admin.
  • Keeping on top of the school absences.
  • To direct and manage team members to ensure that quality, performance, standards and deadlines are achieved.
  • Ensure a communication strategy is in place to include parent's letters, website, social media and newsletters.
  • Work on own initiative and to demonstrate the ability to solve unexpected or new problems in a methodical, efficient manner.
  • Learn new skills and expand current skill set and to be able to pass on knowledge and techniques to others.
  • Demonstrate good general interpersonal and have great communication skills written and verbally.
  • Deal with conflicting demands and work flexibly.
  • Experience within an administrative position.

The successful applicant will also need to obtain a DBS check.
