Who are we?
AEP provides solutions for Appreciate Group clients that often require elements of administrative support.

As the EPA your role will be to ensure that all administration tasks that have defined SLA's are completed within the agreed SLA period and beyond that to provide administration support to the AEP team as required.


As part of your role, you will:

  • Support inbound Customer telephone lines to deliver accurate and professional responses to customers
  • Extract and place customer orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Import data into client systems following a defined process and check list with a high level of accuracy
  • Export data from systems and create client facing reports to a specified format with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
  • In conjunction with your team, help to position and promote Appreciate Business Services as an expert within the field of delivering software solutions with an emphasis on digital engagement within; Customer Loyalty & Channel Incentive Platforms, Reward & Employee Engagement Solutions.
  • Adhere to legal compliance procedures, including GDPR regulations regarding client data management / integration
  • You are comfortable being hands on with a selfstarter mindset
  • You are a curious and motivated team player with a positive attitude
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and experience allowing you to quickly build client relationships
  • You have strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to contribute to multiple projects in an effective manner
  • You have a proven track record of highlyprofessional client service in a dynamic environment
  • You have the ability to embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and actively contribute to the process and procedure of the team
