You'll be responsible for the hotel from 11pm to 7am and able to ensure that the hotel's operations run every bit as smoothly during the night as it does in the day (preparing conference/meeting rooms, ensuring the hotel remains safe and secure) so you'll be confident to work on your own initiative.


Whether you're greeting guests, checking in/out, setting up conference rooms, serving food & drink, assisting with luggage, you'll make full use of your calm, helpful personality and unflustered approach.

You'll also be expected to lend a hand in the late bar as and when required.

  • The Health and Safety requirements of both our guests and the property are a top priority. You should be familiar with all relevant H&S legislation in a hotel environment and you will be responsible for ensuring that all frequent fire and H&S checks are implemented and adhered to at all times._
You'll be well presented and have excellent guest and communication skills with a good command of spoken English. You'll display exceptional standards of customer care at all times along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience working with guestline would be preferred however full training will be given.

All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 24 per week

£10.00 per hour
