Our client based in the Coventry area is looking to add a skilled Nights Assembly Operative to their team due growth and within their company.

Our client provides a Niche product to their customer base and has a growing customer base worldwide. Due to huge growth within the business there is unlimited overtime, this is a great time to join.

This is a permanent opportunity and training can be given but ideally will have experience with Mechanical Fitting and or Assembly.


Nights Assembly Operative Daily Duties

  • Mechanically Fitting/ Assembling Engineering parts
  • Working to engineering drawings
  • Using a variety of hand tools
  • Selfinspect parts produced
  • Ability to work to defined schedule
  • Maintain a safe and tidy environment in the work area
  • Work to all company Health and Safety policies and procedures

Nights Assembly Operative Skillset Required

  • Able to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Able to use various tools
  • Mechanical assembly and fitting experience
  • Attention to quality
  • Able to work well within a team environment and to offer improvement ideas
  • Flexibility to undertake other tasks in other areas

Nights Assembly Operative
Pay and Hours

  • Days based Monday to Thursday
  • 8pm6am
  • Starting rate
- £17.00 per hour (Including shift allowance)

  • Overtime paid at a premium
  • Training/ Progression opportunities
