Are you a compliance pro ready to take on a pivotal role in the ever-evolving landscape of online gaming technology? We're on the lookout for a Compliance Executive to team up with our International Compliance Manager where you will look after our Netherlands territory.

In this position, you'll be a key player in shaping and implementing compliance strategies across diverse jurisdictions.

You'll be responsible for offering day-to-day support and guidance to the business team on all aspects of compliance. Your primary tasks will include setting policies and providing advice as part of the compliance function.

This position requires a keen focus on ensuring that policies are effectively implemented, and that the business adheres to evolving statutory and regulatory obligations.


Core Responsibilities include

  • Driving and promoting a culture of compliance within the company
  • Working to ensure effective communications with local and foreign regulators and legal bodies.
  • Previous experience working with Gambling regulators would be an advantage. Ideally in the Netherlands markets. (Not essential)
  • Develop, review, recommend and implement policies and procedures to ensure that business activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Challenge existing practices and procedures and make recommendations in accordance with industry best practice.
  • Planning, implementation, and control of the ongoing compliance program for the company.
  • Liaise with other companies, service providers, testing companies, external legal advisors, local government, regulatory authorities (local and foreign) and relevant service providers in various jurisdictions, as and when required.
  • Assisting with the preparation of compliance documentation for statutory, legal, and regulatory purposes.
  • Supporting and actively participating in the production of documentation for new licensing opportunities.
  • Working in partnership with other key stakeholders in the business, to ensure full adherence with the Company's compliance policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Dutch language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Netherlands regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • An agile thinker, comfortable in a fastpaced and changing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of various areas of compliance, including but not limited to, AML, Fraud, Responsible Gambling, KYC and regulatory compliance.
  • Data Protection Law / GDPRknowledge of advantage
