Project Officer

We are looking for an experienced Project Officer to support in the management of a number of coastal infrastructure projects in Studland.
You'll be playing a critical role, enabling us to deliver our coastal vision and supporting the creation of sustainableassets more efficiently and effectively.

You will have the flexibility to work from different locations (when appropriate); choosing theright location to suit the activity that you need to do, be that at one of our central or regional offices, our local property in Purbeck, Studland beach, the great outdoors or your home.
As a member of the South West Consultancy, you'll be working alongside colleagues who are committed to achieving the National Trust's ambitions across the region.
You'll be part of the organisation's Project and Programme Management community, led by our central team with an ambition to establish a culture of excellence in project delivery across the National Trust.
What you'll be doing As a Project Officer, you will work alongside our experienced Project Manager who is responsible for creating a Master Plan that will inform a set of location based projects across Studland.
Who we're looking for We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Some previous project management involvement and experience
- Strong written and verbal and communication skills
- Excellent people and influencing skills, enabling relationships externally and internally
- Ability to work as part of a team sharing learning and ideas
- PC Literate using MS software and other packages to intermediate level
