D365 CE CRM Business and Systems Analyst, End User, £60K - Hybrid/London

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established resident-led housing association who own and manage 7000 homes across London and hare now starting to build their first new homes. They are seeking a Business and Systems Analyst to their Applications team and aid the company with a large digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Working with stakeholders and interpreting core business processes, gathering requirements and translating those into technical briefs to enhance or develop our systems and applications.
  • Implement and optimise IT solutions in continuous collaboration with business leads, including workshops as required, unit testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain the data integrity and security of the company's systems and applications through the development, administration and deployment of appropriate policies and procedures.

Experience

  • 2-3 years + IT Business & Systems Analyst experience
  • Write technical requirements for D365, compile user stories and workflow planning for D365 etc.
  • SQL and report writing (ideally Power BI) is a must
  • Power platform experience
  • You will sit within the Applications team so will need to cover system admin, oversee upgrades, and migrations etc if needed.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £60,000 and includes benefits such as:

  • 10% Pension (6% employer, 4% employee)
  • Healthcare
  • £500 annual bonus
  • 30 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
  • Large training budget and the opportunity for continuous learning.

Location

This company has an office based in London and you will be expected onsite twice a week.
