  • No office presence required just visiting signalling boxes.
  • They would have to be able to drive and have their own transport, mileage would be claimed back
  • Must be able to drive essential
  • Previous experience in data management activities
  • Must Excel to be able to complete the spreadsheet
  • Rail experience useful but not essential
To carry out data collection from the signal boxes across Wessex Route this will be broken down as follows (this might change in the coming weeks)

  • Guildford, Woking, Wimbledon,
  • They would have to be able to drive and have their own transport, mile would be claimed back
  • Access and a place to work will be arranged by Operations
  • Fill out the line block register return form
  • If this is on paper this needs to be manually transferred to the line block register return form
  • These then need to be collated on a central spreadsheet
  • Any returned via RailHub need to be extracted from that system and collated on central spreadsheet
