Under the supervision of the Team/Program Manager, the field clinician is accountable for effectively managing a caseload of patients from admission to transition into the community, involving interdisciplinary support and referrals when appropriate.

Specifications:
Equivalent education required for RI licensure required, Bachelors Degree (min) in relevant discipline strongly preferred
