We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Lecturer in Physiotherapy, with a proven academic record, to join our experienced and dedicated academic team. You will have demonstrable expertise and experience in cardiovascular/respiratory and/or neurological physiotherapy and to be able to contribute more widely to the curriculum development, delivery and assessment (pre and post registration).

This is an opportunity to deliver first class education in a vibrant and committed academic community. You will have a good first degree (2:1 or above) as well as holding a current HCPC registration as a physiotherapist.

The successful applicant will have a commitment to inter-professional education and to working collaboratively with a range or professions and organisations to support the School's strategic goals.

This part-time (0.6FTE) post is available on a fixed term basis of 3 years to cover the secondment of the current post holder. There is scope to be flexible in days across the week, but must include some hours on a Friday.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service, including a check of the Child and Adult Barred Lists. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or vulnerable adults.
