Receptionist role and responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Ensure customer services is provided to all patients and to the highest standard
- Diary management over all clinicians and ensuring appointments are booked correctly, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Double checking consents and TP's are signed and sent for all patients
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- Dealing with reception faults and maintenance.
Your skills and experience
-
You must have current/Previous experience working as a dental reception:
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast paced environment
- Previous administration or reception experience
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Preferred SOE/Exact experience
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Great multitasking skills
- Have a positive work ethic and enjoy being a team player
What we will provide:

working hours:
F/T = Mon 7:45-6:15, Tues - Fri 7:45-5:15
P/T = Mon 7:45- 6:15, Tues 7:45-5:15, Wed 7:45- 5:15 and possibility of Fridays 7:45 -5:15
1 Saturday a month 7:45 -1
Salary:
Will depend on level of experience
