MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Providing customer service and general administration support to the website business customers and orders.

MAIN TASKS

  • To assist customers with any issues or queries regarding placing an order or an ongoing order.
  • Maintain and update customer records promptly
  • Deal with complaints and escalate where necessary and handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
  • To assist the Finance Department with customers on security/fraud checks
  • Be an effective member of the staff team and working cooperatively with all departments as appropriate, raising concerns and issues promptly with the line manager
  • Be organised and tidy, keeping all customer and company details confidential in line with GDPR
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager, which may include assisting in the warehouse, picking stock, making deliveries in company vehicles
  • To be aware of and adhere to all the Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.
  • Maintain an awareness of the aims and objectives, policies and practices of the Company

TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE

  • Experienced customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of computer skills
  • Good written and spoken communication

Salary:
£9.15-£10.00 per hour
