We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to join a leading interior fit out and refurbishment company based in Essex.

This company is currently looking for a Site Manager to take charge on site, reporting to a Senior Project Manager for commercial projects with a value of around £5 million.


Requirements for the ideal Site Manager:
  • Experience in commercial new build projects ranging from £3m - £5m
  • Background in Refurbishment, Externals, Fit out, Steel Frame, and Groundworks
  • Ability to oversee subcontractors on site and ensure timely completion
  • Preferably, at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager
