The Role

TRIP is on the lookout for a Social Content Manager to join its expanding team. We're seeking a strategic individual well-versed in social media, adept at crafting engaging content to fuel our growth.

The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of industry experience, managing various social platforms, directing content creators, and demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance follower engagement on TRIP's primary social channels through compelling content that embodies tranquility
  • Develop a social content calendar for TRIP, aligning with both macro and micro trends
  • Consistently produce content based on the social calendar, leveraging trends for creating viral opportunities
  • Monitor performance metrics and present insights during monthly reviews with senior management
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and platform changes, sharing relevant insights across the organization
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to adapt marketing campaigns for social media
  • Partner with the Growth team to leverage organic social insights for optimizing our paid social strategy
  • Engage with the Sales team to amplify TRIP on Linkedin to key stakeholders and retailers
  • Identify and brief content creators, influencers, and collaborators
  • Coordinate with brand partners to enhance social giveaways, events, and activations

About You

  • Over 3 years of experience in social media and content management
  • Proficiency in Tiktok, Instagram, and Linkedin platforms
  • Demonstrated ability in boosting engagement and social outreach
  • Skilled in content creation, showcasing creativity in shooting and editing
  • Keen eye for exceptional content in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or fashion niches
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite
  • Confidence in identifying talented social creators, providing briefs and reviewing creative work
