Our Greenwich location has a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant Restaurant Supervisor, friendly, personable ad passionate about food and wine, who can help our Line Manager running service on a day-today basis and overseeing the performance of teams and departments.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• A highly creative approach to the work with great attention to details
• Proven ability to manage, train and motivate the FOH brigade (PREFERRED)
• Working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures (PREFERRED)
