We are looking for a Supply Teacher to Join our team to work in Primary Schools across Quinton, Birmingham on a day-to day basis.
Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish allows you to work flexibly, when you want in the roles that you want, supporting a work life balance.
We work with schools that are easily accessible via public transport and have onsite parking for people who drive.You will be delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across the Primary age range, in addition to marking.
You will be managing behaviour of the pupils in your class, as well as supporting a positive learning environment for the pupils.
This Supply Teacher role would be good for an ECT, who is looking to gain additional experience.For this Supply Teacher role, you will:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS- Qualified Teaching Status)
- Experience working in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in schools in the UK.
- ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply.
- Effective behaviour management
- A strong school reference from your recent employerOur Promise To YouWe promise that we will never pressure you into working and will only offer you supply work, where and when you want it, allowing you to fit work around your other commitments – giving you a great work life balance.
- £125 to £170 per day which equates to £24,375 to £33,150 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
- The option of PAYE or Umbrella
- Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate.

- Free safeguarding Level 1, FGM and Prevent training.
- Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
- Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work from your own dedicated consultant – Lizzy Francis-DrummondAs a Supply Teacher, you will be offered day-to-day supply in various primary schools around Quinton, Halesowen, Harborne, Bartley Green, Brandhall, Bearwood, Bournville, Stirchley, Edgbaston, Selly Oak. The primary schools that we work with all have excellent transport links and most offer onsite parking.
