Cosine is currently looking for Mystery Shoppers to join our field team for Allwyn, National Lottery. In this position, you will collaborate with a Young Adult to visit various retailers, including grocery stores, convenience stores, and other vendors selling National Lottery products.

The Mystery shop objective is to confirm if retailers are asking for ID from Young Adults when buying age-restricted products. Working in pairs, you will ensure that proper ID checks are carried out.

£105.76 per day (inclusive of holiday pay) plus bonus & business mileage. We offer 11 working days between 28/05/2024 and 09/07/2024. Full training and assistance from your Regional Manager throughout the campaign duration.

Ideal Location: South East London, United Kingdom, SE9

Territory: Covering South East London and surrounding areas

Requirements to be a Mystery Shopper with us:

  • Proven ability to confidently engage with retailers/customers.
  • Prior experience in retail and field marketing would be advantageous.
  • Good familiarity with your area for effective journey planning.
  • Dependable and dedicated.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve visit targets.
  • Highly organized to plan your team's schedule, including arranging transportation for the Young Adult to a designated spot.
  • Access to a smart device to input your findings via the App in-store. Must be capable of downloading an app and reporting daily while in stores.

Key Details:

  • Minimum of twenty-four store visits per day, flexible between 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours will be coordinated with your Regional Manager. A minimum of three full days of availability per week for the next 4 weeks is required (aligned with the Young Adults' availability).
  • Training will be conducted Face to face or via Teams with the Allwyn Account Team.
