We are looking for a confident individual with relevant experience within the hotel industry who is passionate about providing exceptional care and delivering an outstanding service to each customer.
You will be a confident communicator, working closely with others to build strong working relationships both internally and externally - liaising with other departments and subcontractors to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

Typical day of a Guest Services Supervisor will be spread across working on Hotel Reception and assisting with Hotel Operations:- Running a busy Reception department consisting of a small team of Receptionists and all that goes with it.
- Answering a variety customer queries
- Being responsible for the closure of all customer care queries some may be simple, some may be complex requiring progressive solutions and interaction with clients.
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and achieving high levels of customer service.
- Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, night team in relation to customer issues.
- Providing a full breakdown of customer issues in survey reviews to General Manager
We are looking for somewone who:
