Typical day of a Guest Services Supervisor will be spread across working on Hotel Reception and assisting with Hotel Operations:

  • Running a busy Reception department consisting of a small team of Receptionists and all that goes with it.
  • Answering a variety customer queries
  • Being responsible for the closure of all customer care queries some may be simple, some may be complex requiring progressive solutions and interaction with clients.
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and achieving high levels of customer service.
  • Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, night team in relation to customer issues.
  • Providing a full breakdown of customer issues in survey reviews to General Manager

We are looking for somewone who:

  • is good at finding and implementing solutions, not sharing problems.
- has a general knowledge of hotel operations.
- who is comfortable and confident with others and can overcome difficult situations.
- who can grow the department to meet the needs of the business in the future.
