Senior Accountant

We are looking for a committed individual to join our Finance Team in our Ruskington site (part of the prepared foods business unit).

The Site Accountant will work office hours, from 8:15 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.


You will provide a high quality, accurate and professional reporting for the Grantham site and deliver financial information that will allow improvement to financial and operational controls and support business decision making.

The Site Accountant will lead and manage a team of two assistant accountants.

What you will need:

The ideal candidate will:
be part qualified CIMA, ACCA, AAT Level 4 or qualified by Experience

have strong planning, interpersonal and diplomacy skills - be motivated to give a responsive proactive service

have excellent numeracy and computer skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

have experience in preparing weekly and monthly accounts and working to deadlines

have experience in managing a team. The successful candidate will be good at developing themselves and others

have previous experience in supporting a large company
