Our client is seeking a self-motivated and driven Therapy Specialist to work alongside a dedicated Account Manager in training and educating Healthcare Professionals on a leading Dialysis portfolio in Hospitals across London & South East England.


This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nurse looking for a new challenge in a rewarding industry, to join a leading blue-chip Healthcare organisation.


Ideal Requirement

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC pin.
  • Ideally experience of working in the Renal market.
  • Will also consider backgrounds in A&E, ICU, or technical environments.
  • Ability to challenge customers and colleagues.
  • Keen to have a longterm career with the organisation.
  • Ability to identify new commercial opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholder's whilst leading, driving, and promoting innovative clinical quality improvement opportunities and promoting the Renal product portfolio and their benefits.
  • Promoting the preferred patient pathway to healthcare professionals using up to date clinical evidence for the right therapy, in the right place, at the right time.
  • Demonstrating and training customers about our Renal therapies, products, and services effectively and constructively through an evidencebased approach.
  • Achieving sales budgets and qualitative business objectives for the assigned therapies.
  • Implementing identified therapy and product marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Supporting Renal customers in the evaluation and use of Company's products and services.
  • Providing educational support to customers through formal training days on site in hospitals or virtually as appropriate.
  • Leading and facilitating peer to peer networking opportunities across the territory for renal staff to encourage best in class evidencebased practice.
  • Maintaining up to date customer records through effective and timely use of our Customer Relationship Management Tool.
  • Working closely with the marketing team, therapy and clinical development team and Medical Affairs to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders in the renal therapy areas both regionally and nationally.
