Job Description

Purpose of Post:

JAQ Group is one of the UK's leading and fastest-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce groups comprised of 4 (soon to be 5) brands. In the past 12 months, we've grown over 100% YoY with The Essence Vault, our primary brand, being a key driver. We are looking to add to our team of dedicated A-players based in London to continue to drive forward our mission and support the growth of our latest brand launches through the rest of 2024 and beyond.

Due to this recent growth, we've been making changes to our long-term strategy in order to drive efficient expansion of our Operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, the E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's online sales and presence. This role requires an analytical mindset, a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, and a passion for driving growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of marketing knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership skills and commercial acumen to navigate the complexities of the eCommerce landscape.

We are looking for a commercially driven, data-driven, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering marketing initiatives on time, making demonstrable improvements and managing staff to achieve KPIs.

You'll be using powerful analytical and reporting tools to ensure every decision you make is data-driven with forecastable results. Alongside this, you will be required to live and breathe our core values.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Managing the day-to-day handling of our brand's Shopify user experience and other marketplaces to maximise KPIs (revenue-per-session, CVR, profit-per-session, AOV, etc.)

-Work with internal and external web resources to ensure existing customer journeys are optimised and consistently improved, and spot opportunities for new customer acquisition funnels that drive incrementality.

-Creation of new research-driven customer acquisition funnels that support improved new-customer acquisition efficiency, AOV, and LTV.

-Support with commercial objectives through website optimisations - such as increasing items per order, AOV, new category expansion, etc.

-Utilise a suite of marketing-leading analytical tools to monitor site/funnel performance, understand customer behaviour, and measure performance.

-Implement, monitor, report on, and interpret data to suggest opportunities for improvement against targets.

-Manage end-to-end process for new product launches, marketing activations, and promotional campaigns to ensure sales targets are met.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new marketing initiatives and chann nm,el activations to drive incremental sales growth.

-Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

-Owner of all changes to pages, products, and offers on-site. Ensuring the site is prepared for all sales and activations.

Skills – Required

Proven experience delivering growth in KPIs for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

High level of proficiency in using Shopify, social media platforms, content creation tools, Klaviyo, and other Ecommerce softwares.

Strong ability to build, manage and interpret reports using analytical software

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
