About the Role:

The role of a Personal Tax Junior is to provide support to the wider team by completing routine tasks.

They will provide support to clients, as well as with other team members, ensure that all work is completed to a high standard whilst also promoting the Xeinadin vision and values.

The Personal Tax Junior will provide support on a wide range of accounting services, including audit engagements, tax returns and management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Tax Junior, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns for a diverse range of clients, including limited companies, landlords, and partnerships.
  • Working with the Personal Tax Manager on a compliance check such as let property campaigns, Worldwide Disclosure Facility and 60day CGT reporting.
  • Advising clients of tax liabilities in a timely manner.
  • Registering clients for selfassessment.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate data collection and confidentiality.
  • Supporting the wider firm with additional duties as required.
  • Represent the firm internally and externally a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
  • Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.

Key Requirements:

  • Entry level role
  • Working towards AAT desirable

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills, motivation, and proficiency in using computers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort and liking of numbers.
  • Attention to detail.
