In association with the CEO & CFO, the Operations Director will develop the required strategies, job functions and organisational structures to support the effective delivery of install, service, and maintenance divisions.

They are a well-invested, profitable and expanding organisation with deep expertise in driving digital transformation and integration across life safety, security and communications industry.
They design, install and maintain smart and highly-compliant fire protection and safety solutions across a range of private and public sectors.
Description
Responsible for the organisational framework for project management to sustain a period of accelerated growth in, and execution of a Project Management Office (PMO) overseeing £15m+ of project revenues p.a.
Core areas of activity;
Organisational:
With the CEO & CFO, develop the required strategies, job functions and organisational structures to support the effective delivery of install, service, and maintenance departments.
Customer:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and other stakeholders, providing formal reports and feedback as required so that the conduct and completion of the project can occur smoothly and effectively.
Service & Maintenance:
Oversee the delivery of maintenance and reactive service contracts for 400+ customers by the organisation's engineering resource and support functions.
Project Management:
Develop and embed recognised best practice principles of the project management discipline and adapt them to serve the customer sectors TIS operate within.
Financial / Reporting:
Develop a balanced scorecard approach with respect to KPIs to monitor and control the performance of the install, service and maintenance divisions.
Compliance:
Assess the potential risks of maintenance and service contracts and specific projects and ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to.
Profile
The successful Operations Director will have experience in the Fire and Safety, M&E, Construction or aligned sectors with the financial and commercial acumen to manage multiple projects/programmes across the UK (United Kingdom) with contract supply chains.
The Operations Director will have the experience and knowledge to proactively seek to improve organisational processes by identifying bottlenecks, creating a solution, and owning the delivery of this.
