We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our busy friendly Estates department. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for a site or group of sites in undertaking maintenance duties. These will be reactive or planned and allocated directly from the Integrated Facilities Management System (IFM).

The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for a site or group of sites in undertaking maintenance duties. These will be reactive or planned and allocated directly from the Integrated Facilities Management System (IFM).

The post holder will work autonomously planning own time to undertake tasks allocated by the Maintenance Officer liaising with Facilities Manager and clinical staff on the sites.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
