We are seeking a Japanese Speaker to work as a teaching assistant for a summer school running in Cambridge this summer.

The summer school participants are all from Tokyo, so we are looking for someone to work alongside students and teachers to ensure translation is smooth and prevent any communication errors.

This is a fun, hands-on role, ideal for students and graduates hoping to pursue a role in teaching. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic and energetic and enjoy working with young people.

For this role, you will work alongside teachers and pther teaching assistants to deliver a presentation and public speaking course to a group of international students over five days.

• Fluent Japanese Speaker
• Available to work the entirety of the week beginning the 3rd of September 202
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Enjoy working with young people aged 151
• Enthusiastic about teaching
• Works well within a group
• Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
• Patient and culturally sensitive
• Current student or recent graduate of the University of Cambridge (within 3 years)
