We require a suitably experienced handy person capable of completing some or all of the the following tasks:

  • Painting and decorating
  • Pat testing
  • Health and safety checks
  • Basic filling and plastering
  • Basic joinery
  • Basic Electrical Repairs/fault finding
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Gardening/landscaping
  • Basic Brick work
  • Tiling
  • CCTV installation/Maintenance
This role Would suit someone with a decent multi trade/Maintenance/Builder background, that's semi retired or wanting to slow down.


This Role will require the individual to travel between properties in and around nottinghamshire to ensure all the properties are kept in a good state of repair, there will also be the opportunity for additional Earnings for installation projects on a ad-hoc basis.


A Clean DBS Check and driving licence is Essential as you will be required to visit vulnerable tenants in their homes.

- maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

  • Construction: 3 years (preferred)
