The Davies & Mahil Property Company are a local business operating in the property sector. We buy, renovate, and rent out rooms in shared residential properties in Bristol. We currently have approximately 160 tenants and a number of renovation projects under way.


Due to our expansion we are looking for a Part Time Lettings Associate to conduct viewings on weekday evenings and occasional weekends.

Your key responsibility would be to conduct viewings on any vacate rooms in the shared house and you will be paid for each successful room let.

The office administrator would set up the viewings and do all the tenant related paperwork, so all you would need to do is turn up at the property and conduct the viewing and negotiate the sale.


The ideal person for the role would:

  • Have experience in a Sales role
  • Be target driven
  • Have a UK driving licence and use of a vehicle
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Turn up at appointments on time
  • Be enthusiastic and enjoys meeting people

Job Type:
Zero hours contract
