Adecco Cramlington are looking for a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our client based in the Northumberland area.

Supporting the Customer Service Manager, sitting within the Customer Engagement team.


You will play an integral role in our business, working as part of an in-house team who supports and leads our 3rd party customer service provider.


  • The position will entail monitoring the customer service team's activity and providing
The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting a continuous improvement programme to remove customer friction, by aligning global strategy and delivering consistent customer experiences
  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager in supervising of a 3rd party contact centre maintaining strategy to ensure customer service SLAs are delivered successfully; identifying training issues and assisting with the development of training workshops
  • Acting as a point of contact for the business and internal escalations, ensuring complaints are resolved and any further issues are prevented without the need for escalation.
  • Liaising daily with customers to ensure absolute resolution.
  • Working with the appropriate internal departments to action changes in order to elevate customer pain points.
This position is

NOT based in a call centre environment and is a great opportunity to develop a career within customer care, and attain a

PERMANENT position within the current market. No negotiations on salary.
