We're on the hunt for a talented Production Cook to join the team at a top public sector organization located in Nottingham.

Duties of the Production Cook:

  • Maintain food hygiene and safety standards by conducting daily audits
  • Create a welcoming and clean environment
  • Monitor equipment status, stock levels, and report any issues promptly
  • Work efficiently within tight deadlines
  • Follow recipes accurately
  • Take ownership of your work area
  • Prepare and cook a variety of foods as required
  • Follow recipes and production plans diligently

Requirements for the role:

  • Prior experience in the food industry
  • Essential Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
  • Catering Qualification: City and Guilds 706 or equivalent (HCC)
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in catering

Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Salary: Starting from £11.59 per hour PAYE or £14.51 via Umbrella.
