The Hours:1170 per year, average will be 3 days per week with weekend working expected on a rota basis
The Salary:
£12,612.60 per annum
Duration:
Permanent
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

As Team Leader, you will report to the Retail Manager and work together to drive the retail business at Croome.
The retail team consists of both staff and volunteers who are all passionate about their roles and delivering a great experience for customers.

What you'll be doing:
You'll be required to support the day to day management of the property retail operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors expectations.
You'll monitor stock and merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example when it comes to maximising our profitability and income.
You'll also supervise paid and voluntary retail staff and work effectively alongside colleagues elsewhere in the property to deliver great service to visitors, promoting and enhancing the property's sense of place.
