We are seeking to recruit a full time receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to join our professional and friendly team.

Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role but full training will be given. You will contribute towards the day to day efficient running of a demanding but rewarding reception desk.


The role of receptionist requires a very welcoming and cheery personality and ability to work well on your own, running the front desk.


You will also be responsible for reservations via phone, website and 3rd party bookings; therefore an excellent telephone manner is essential.

You will need to be a charismatic, inspiring and a welcoming individual, with pride and passion in your work.
Straights shifts on a rota basis to include some evenings and weekends

The salary is dependent upon experience, and based on £22k per annum basic salary from april 23 with £1000-£2000 contribution via staff service charge.


Duties include:
Check in and check out

Reservations

Front of House hosting

Cash Handling

Hotel show rounds

Time Management

Telephone and face to face Sales

Communications with all departments

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
