We are now looking to recruit for our Maldon based Tea Room, for a part time Kitchen Assistant including weekend cover.


We are ideally seeking someone with previous kitchen experience so they can hit the ground running although training will be provided.


Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Food preparation including meals, cakes, and hot and cold drinks.
  • Helping to keep the everyday operations running smoothly
  • Maintaining excellent standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene
  • Adapting and producing dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergenic requirements
  • Communicating internally and externally with customers and colleagues


We are looking for great people to join us to uphold our high standards of exceptional service, ensuring our dining customers have a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Our team members are role models for outstanding service and make each customer feel valued, whether they are visiting the tea room for the first or the twentieth time.
