We're looking for a super talented all - rounder to join our Front of House Team. This is a full time position, the role is varied and there is a need to be flexible. You will report directly to the building General Manager.
Your main responsibility is to provide an inviting and friendly service for our members, guests and employees visiting our building.
You'll help make our building a great place to visit, a great place to work and be a part of a hard-working team.
As one of the most visible people in the building, you will help us build a great culture and set our standards for great service.
We are a high-achieving team with high standards and looking for a warm and positive individual who will play a critical role in supporting our community.
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Make the best first impression
- Make the best possible first impression for members, guests and employees visiting our building from arrival to departure.
- Meet and greet all members and guests in a friendly yet professional manner.
- Complete daily checks to ensure any facilities issues are reported and followed up, boardrooms tidy and all equipment works
- Support the team in ensuring the reception, and communal areas are kept well presented at all times
- Understand and demonstrate the brand and values of Scale Space
- Support the organisation and delivery of community based events
Build relationships
- Recognise key members and guests, greet them by name and build strong relationships with them.
- Always be approachable, open and willing to go the extra mile.
- Develop trust by delivering on your promises, maintaining professional standards and managing key messages professionally and courteously.
- If problems arise be solution focussed and work with the Manager to overcome and prevent problems going forward.
- Work closely with the wider team to maintain an energetic and vibrant work environment for all members.
Mind-set and behaviour
- Be warm and friendly and always willing to help a member if needed.
- Be proactive and highly organised.
- Have a positive, can do attitude at all times and be willing to roll your sleeves up
- You will have a fun personality and the ability to work well without supervision.
- You will be great at multitasking and will look the part in your overall presentation.
