As F&B Associates you will play a key part in delivering prompt exceptional customer service to our internal and external guests in order that the most professional and caring image is portrayed at all times.


Some key duties for this great role:

  • To ensure the F&B Experience is delivered to the highest of expectations and if not an ability to rectify in a way that guest's feel satisfied;
  • To ensure the ambience and atmosphere is clean, fun, friendly and inviting;
  • To ensure the highest quality of the items provided
  • To be fully aware of and adhere to the health and safety regulations concerning your employment and promote and safe environment for yourself, your colleagues and our guests;
  • Liaising with other departments;
  • To ensure customer feedback is handled in a professional and effective manner
