Role responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests to the venue
  • Managing reservations and table turn times
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries
  • Available to work evening and weekends
Key skills

  • Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess is preffered
  • Top notch customerservice skills
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone and inperson)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire venue
  • Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
