What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Technology Associate to work in our CX team.

The team is first line support for our business partners; addressing key issues as they arise, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and championing and training employees on using technology products and services.


You will:

  • Complete rotations within the Customer Experience Team.
  • Demonstrate and deliver excellent service to all clients at all times.
  • Complete relevant Microsoft and ITIL training
  • Learn about the Invesco business and fund management industry.
  • Learn about the functions within a technology department.

  • The assessment process will include:
  • CV Review
  • Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)

  • Salary: £26,500 per annum
