Marketing Communications Co-ordinator - MultiAir UK & Ireland

With business needs changing, and increasing market and product opportunities, MultiAir UK & Ireland is looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Coordinator to complement and increase our existing marketing team's skills, and ability to proactively assist our support efforts.


Required experience/knowledge:

This will be a varied role to encompass all aspects of the marketing and communications mix. You are an organized, creative, and enthusiastic person, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

You will also:

  • Be very customerfocused and offer a good level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Be able to deal with employees at all levels, distributors, customers, and suppliers/agencies.
  • Have experience with working with CRM packages and an understanding of their importance to our organization.
  • Have a high level of writing skills, a good appreciation of graphic design, an understanding of digital communications and social media, and excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Have the desire to develop their communications skills further over time, through coaching and handson experience.
  • Be a competent user of different IT packages, such as databases, website content management, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office; be familiar with Google technologies/search, and be able to learn new packages and technologies as and when needed.
  • Be a motivated, committed, and flexible person with an appreciation for deadlines and the ability to multitask.

The Role:


Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will support in the implementation of on and offline activities which safeguard and strengthen the MultiAir brand's identity; raise product awareness and loyalty amongst target groups, and help increase sales enquiries following business line growth goals.

Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to;

  • Enthusiastically support the Communications Manager as the 'point of contact' for our channel partners, promoting brand loyalty through timely communications and collaboration.
  • Become the marketing department's liaison with our distributor sales managers, internal sales support team, and product managers.
  • Develop and execute integrated endtoend campaigns for the various levels of channel partners following the Marketing Communications strategy.
  • Track and prepare reports on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs.
  • Drive lead generation from campaigns and work with the sales team to track and grow the indirect pipeline with the use of CRM tools.
  • Work with the sales teams to populate and maintain an effective enduser customer base in our CRM.
  • Regularly monitor our important distributor's websites bringing any improvements/changes to increase business/brand awareness to the attention of your manager and the distributor sales manager.
  • Ensure regular, consistent, and inspiring communication both online and offline for our business partners in the form of newsletters, performance vs target reporting, etc.
  • Make sure communication portals and other online platforms are maintained with the most uptodate information and manage user profiles.
  • Understand and embrace the opportunities of ecommerce, working with the current strategy and developing this for the future.
  • Work with the website content management system to ensure integrated campaigns bring traffic to our UK website effectively.
  • Keep branded social media pages up to date and analyze results.

Other administrative responsibilities include:

  • Maintain/coordinate pointofsale material such as giveaways, literature, and other marketing material.
  • Help with planning and administration of events, hospitality, exhibitions, and trade shows about point of sale material, hotels, logistics, and, attendance/delegate lists.
  • To take control/ownership of Marketing costs and raise purchase orders, following the marketing budget
  • Support in the general administration of our CRM system and the support offered to our organization
