You will develop and manage a small Advisory team to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enable and support managers, and you will contribute as a senior member of the People & Culture team to our strategic objectives through leading on agreed projects and policy development at an exciting time in the University's transformation and growth.


To succeed, you'll need to be at CIPD Member level, have a thorough knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best practice, and be able to translate this into solution-focused advice to line managers.
