We are actively seeking aNational Accounts Co-ordinator to join us at our Head Office
Hours: 37.5 per week - This is a 12 Month FTC
Salary:
£22,000 per annum
About You:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and lives our Customer Charter.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organise workload in order of importance and able to prioritise workload to line with the business and customer needs.
- Excellent customer relation skills, comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers, people and teams.
- Ability to work in a team to encourage a supportive environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
About the Role:
The National Accounts Co-ordinator role is to work closely with the team, which will involve the processing of invoicing, quotations, customer service, account management and administration duties.
- Supporting the National Account Managers in the day to day running of their customer accounts including the supplying of prices.
- Arranging and coordinating all relocations, site call outs, service requests, tank empties.
- Inputting quotes on to CPC and converting quotes to contracts
- Processing and completing all offhires through the CPC System.
- Following up enquiries to secure orders.
- Chasing for documentation such as Proof of Deliveries and Collections and other signed paperwork.
- To provide documentation when needed to assist in the resolution of customer Invoice queries.
- Completing Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship Scheme within months through the Mobile Mini training scheme.
