Service Desk Administrator required as part of the growth of an expanding IT Support & Solutions Provider in Cambridge area.

Your focus will be client requirements and ensuring they are met accurately and efficiently. This will include front end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests to minimise client disruption.


You must have worked in a customer service position including using a ticketing system, working to SLA's and have an interest in Technology.


The job:

  • Working as first point of contacts for clients raising support tickets as required.
  • Make sure all Service requests are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Provide first class customer service at all times working to SLA's and keeping users updated at all times.
  • Work with the support team on any recurring issues to make sure they are addressed.
  • Develop and improve Knowledge Base articles for use across the Service Desk.
  • Selfmotivated and want to improve knowledge and understanding of software and hardware products.

To £23K plus benefits
